What are credits

Credits are how Briques meters its AI features. Anything where Briques does AI work on your behalf draws a small amount of credit. Everything you build by hand is free.

What uses credits

  • Building an app with AI. Describing your app in a sentence and letting Briques scaffold the tables, layout, and screens.
  • Refining with AI. Asking the build chat to change something after the first draft.
  • AI Search. Searching your data by meaning instead of by exact keywords.
  • AI Fill. Pre-filling a form from a photo or a short description.

What is free

  • Creating tables, columns, and relationships by hand.
  • Adding and editing views (list, kanban, calendar, forms).
  • Building and editing pages, adding records, and publishing your app.

If you never touch an AI feature, you never spend a credit.

What a single action costs

The cost depends on the model you pick for that action. A faster model uses fewer credits; a sharper model uses more. Briques shows the trade-off right where you choose, for example the Fast / Balanced toggle on AI Fill.

Checking your balance

Your remaining credits show on the chip in the top bar of the home screen. Tap it to see your balance and top up. When you are running low, Briques warns you before an AI action so nothing fails midway.

Free vs Pro

Free accounts include a starter amount of credits plus the full set of by-hand build tools. Pro raises the credit allowance and unlocks AI Search, AI Fill, unlimited published apps, and more storage. You can upgrade anytime from your profile.
