What are views

A table holds your data. A view decides how that data is shown and entered. One table can have several views, each suited to a different job.

Kinds of view

Table views show your records in one of five layouts — list, table, kanban, calendar, or gallery.
Forms are how records are added and edited. Every table gets one automatically, and its fields follow your columns.
Custom pages are free-form screens you design yourself on a grid, not tied to any table.
